John Hecker is the founder and co-owner of All in 15 and is proving eccentric training is safe and the superior way to build neuromuscular control. John attended and played football, graduated from Colorado State University with a Health and Exercise Science degree, and holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) designation. John is a savant in the eccentric fitness arena and is passionate about helping his clients be the best in what they do and live better lives, from professional to collegiate athletes, to clients with Parkinson’s disease, to people who don’t have enough time to workout. I learned about All in 15 in Boulder at a Wedding. I am 65 and it sounded way too good to be true. I did my intro. workout that is totally free and figured I had to at least try this for a month.
