With an Exercise Science degree from Colorado State University, CSCS certification, and TPI certification, John combines advanced knowledge with a compassionate, tailored approach to create the ALL-IN-15 system. Every ALL-IN-15 trainer is personally certified by John and must pass their rigorous standards, ensuring the highest level of safety, effectiveness, and personalized care.
